Hier teilt er seine Erfahrungen mit dem Tool, das mittlerweile ein wichtiger Bestandteil des Projektmanagements des Unternehmens ist. <\/strong><br\/><br\/>Infrakraft Sverige AB in G\u00f6teborg ist auf Infrastruktur- und Eisenbahnprojekte spezialisiert und arbeitet eng mit der schwedischen Verkehrsbeh\u00f6rde Trafikverket zusammen. Als Azhar letztes Jahr von seiner vorherigen Position bei Barslund zu Infrakraft wechselte, entschied er sich, das Tool Byggdagboken f\u00fcr die Bautagebuchf\u00fchrung und Berichterstattung mitzunehmen. <br\/><br\/><strong>Warum haben Sie sich entschieden, Byggdagboken mitzunehmen, als Sie bei Infrakraft angefangen haben?<br\/><\/strong>\u2013 Ich habe mich wegen der Flexibilit\u00e4t und der \u00dcbersicht f\u00fcr Byggdagboken entschieden. Es gibt mir die Sicherheit, ein klares Ergebnis liefern zu k\u00f6nnen. Die Auftraggeber sind dankbar f\u00fcr die guten Wochenberichte und die Dokumentation, insbesondere f\u00fcr die Zusammenstellungen der Nachtragsarbeiten (\u00c4TA). Einmal wurden mir alle meine 100 Nachtr\u00e4ge genehmigt, was enorm viel Zeit sparte und die Beziehung zum Auftraggeber st\u00e4rkte.   <br\/><br\/><strong>Wie verlief der Start mit Byggdagboken?<br\/><\/strong>\u2013 Sehr reibungslos. Nach nur einer Stunde digitaler Schulung via Teams war das gesamte Team bereit, das Tool vollumf\u00e4nglich zu nutzen. Der Einstieg war einfach, und die Funktionen f\u00fcr das Bautagebuch, die Zeiterfassung und die Verwaltung von Nachtragsarbeiten haben meine Arbeit erheblich erleichtert. Zudem erhalte ich einen guten \u00dcberblick dar\u00fcber, ob die Leute vor Ort sind und welche Arbeiten ausgef\u00fchrt wurden.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Was sind die gr\u00f6\u00dften Vorteile von Byggdagboken im Vergleich zu anderen Tools?<br\/><\/strong>\u2013 Einer der gro\u00dfen Vorteile ist die M\u00f6glichkeit, die gesamte Projekthistorie mithilfe von Bildern und detaillierten Berichten einfach zu dokumentieren. Dies bietet eine transparente \u00dcbersicht, die viele andere Tools nicht erm\u00f6glichen. Zudem ist der Support von Byggdagboken leicht erreichbar und sehr hilfreich.  <br\/><br\/><strong>Wie hat Byggdagboken Ihren Arbeitsalltag beeinflusst?<br\/><\/strong>\u2013 Es hat viel Zeit gespart und es mir erm\u00f6glicht, mich auf andere wichtige Aufgaben zu konzentrieren.
