Vattenfall customer case

One of our larger customers is Vattenfall Services, which has been using Byggdagboken for a few years and works with hundreds of contractors to continuously monitor and document events in its projects. We had a brief chat with one of their project managers about his experience with Byggdagboken.

Hello, what did your administration look like before you started using Byggdagboken?

– There was a lot of paperwork with the diaries. Photos were sent by phone or email and saved in folders on the computer or emailed to the client. Today, with Byggdagboken, there is less administration, and the finished documentation is better and provides a clearer overview for the client.

Does a digital diary send any positive signals to your partners?

– Yes, it is positive to have photos and everything digital, instead of going the paper route. It benefits the environment, and we no longer have to go out and collect documentation from the installers, which we previously had to do because the projects are often located far away.
