✅ Automatic publishing for subcontractors – now enabled by default
When you invite a subcontractor, automatic publishing is activated immediately—provided the main contractor has the “Publish approval” permission. Everything is transferred automatically. If you do not want this, you can disable it manually. Fewer clicks and better workflow in your daily operations!
✅ You can now send both attendance and absence to Fortnox simultaneously
We have resolved the previous issue with token conflicts. You can now easily send both attendance and absence in the same run. Validation occurs immediately when you click “Create,” making payroll processing significantly smoother.
✅ Unlock signed times yourself 🔓
Anyone with signing authority can now unlock previously signed times themselves. This saves a great deal of time for both you and our support team!
✅ Preview self-monitoring checks 🔍
With the new button, you can see exactly how the self-monitoring check will appear before adding it to the daily log. No more guessing!
✅ Move daily log entries to Variation Orders with one click 📝➡️💰
You can now easily move all types of daily log entries to a Variation Order (VO) or create a completely new VO directly from the entry. This is ideal when “work in progress” later proves to be outside the original contract.
